EXCELLENT service from ALL reception staff. Clean. Easy access to trams, being location on St Kilda Road. Great cafe. Good shower (altho over bath) value for money -
Location idea for us as our conference was just round the corner!
Accessibility was great - plenty of tramp-carts to parts of the city

I have already sent a message to the property but I will also express my thanks here We had to cut our stay short by one night due to my brother dying and the property very kindly agreed to refund the last nights fee which we were very grateful for I will be recommending them to all our friends and will be staying there again ourselves

It's was close to all, the unit was quiet and in a good location, the unit had all we needed. Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

We overnighted as we had an early-morn departure the next day. Family (incl 2 grandchildren) joined us for dinner. My 5 yo g-son adored the pasta bolognese and ate every mouthful - he thanked the chef, too. The chef (in whites) personally delivered the ice-cream dessert, then encouraged the 3 yo to finish her vegies so she could have her desser

We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing
bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to
have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon
booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in
responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and
waived

The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The room service dinner was also excellent. -

So close to the town, a very nice walk or hop on a tram. Close to queen Victoria market which was great. Just round the corner from loads of lovely restaurants. The apartment has a nice feel with a small kitchen with all the equipment we needed. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.

The Staff was really friendly and they help me with everything I needed. The Hostel is well organised and clean. They have a lot of activities going on. But at the same time, they are able to keep the hostel calm, so you can choose or join the activities or resting in your room. It is a really good place to be.

The rooms were great size, clean and very comfortable. We were very impressed by the staff, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. They were also helpful in seeking information about road blocks, booking another room for the night and made us feel at ease when we could not get home due to the fires. the place is an excellent option for those like me travelling with family and spending all day out exploring the city and surroundings, great and friendly service all trough from cleaning helper to management staff, facilities were much more than i was expecting for the price and location superb. -
