Very comfortable- this was a special treat for me after an event. I have
stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.

Staff went out of their to compensate for problems that were no fault of
their own that I experienced with my airline's failure to honour
ground transfer ie free use of hotel phone, upgrade on fraught late
arrival. Also,very helpful with local knowledge to get round
difficulties with Good Friday closures. -

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The penthouse apartment we stayed in was really nice, everything was quite new and the staff were really friendly. The bluetooth speaker dock was a really nice touch and made our stay better with music. Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with
an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the
apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within
walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I
had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next
year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to
Australia again.

Having been to Sydney several times staying at different hotels each time (4 or 5 stars),we always break up our stays with two hotels for variety. The Intercontinental on Circular Quay had the most professional,helpful and friendliest staff of all the hotels we've stayed at in Sydney.
