Very comfortable- this was a special treat for me after an event. I have
stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.

Staff went out of their to compensate for problems that were no fault of
their own that I experienced with my airline's failure to honour
ground transfer ie free use of hotel phone, upgrade on fraught late
arrival. Also,very helpful with local knowledge to get round
difficulties with Good Friday closures. -

walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I

We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel.
