right on top of darling harbour where you could find many places to eat plus only a short walk to town hall station and buses it was good to have a washing machine and tumble dryer to use as we had been on a cruise for 3 weeks prior to arriving in sydney and needed to do some washing -

Staff were exceedingly helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around the city, and plenty of good attractions nearby. Excellent value for money, and terrific staff (couldn't be friendlier or more helpful). Rooms are fine---clean and rather basic--but there's so much to do in sydney that you probably won't spend much time in you

The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling
Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly
firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were
extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the
door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant

Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The staff were very friendly but not in that it's my job kind of friendly. The location was central to everything. Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early.
Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and
knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very
very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other
post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in
the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would
choose again.

Modern rooms, very clean.
Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily.
Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel

The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

Location; size (boutique); set-out (would love to try a room with a view); breakfast; bar facilities and library/lounge. Being able to walk in and out and return after 10 PM without having to unlock/access entry.

The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully. The bedroom was adequate and the ensuite was a decent size. The shower was large. The room we stayed in was able to be dark with the blinds down for a sleep in. the location was perfect for the tourist. Walking distance to China Town, Darling Harbour and the Fish Quay. Short walk to shopping on George Streret , to Circular Quay and the Rocks. All the sights within easy walk. Didn't spend a cent on transport other than to and from the airport. -

We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will
never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed
like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered

Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful
and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed
booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway
