We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling
Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly
firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were
extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the
door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant
stay!10 Out of 10!

Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to
Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me
each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely
comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the
next time I have to return to Sydney.

location is very good. a short walk to Darling harbour and chinatown. close to central stn for the train to circular quay and to/from the airport. shopping centre with all you need straight across the road. plus a few bars and restaurants just a few mins away. apt was very modern and clean. we put do not disturb sign out on one day and staff rang

I know that a few people have commented about the description of a one-bedroom apartment vs a studio, but the layout was perfect for us with young children; decent size and very clean bathroom (no bath just shower), king size bed that is 'open' plan in an area or 'room' and then into the large combined kitchen, dining and lounge area with good size balcony.

The service was great,we travelled some 300km to arrive at our destination and we were happy to have secure parking.The view from our room was great,a very pleasent stay. - The Staff at the Menzies were very Friendly and extremely helpful in any query we had. Location is great and price was good too for xmas

Very comfortable- this was a special treat for me after an event. I have
stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.
