Have stayed here 4 times now. 4 different rooms. All absolutely fine. Great location and good value for money considering the expense of Sydney CBD accommodation. Suited me perfectly. Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x)

Location in the Rocks is ideal for spending time in downtown Sydney. Quiet location with a parking bonus. B&B provided on the street parking for a very reasonable fee. Parking in Sydney is hard to find, The B&B has made arrangements for convenient parking right in front of the B&B. -

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
Staff were very lovely and helpful.

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but had no problem getting to our room. When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! The staff we very apologetic. Our room was good as we were in a section on our own, rarely bumped into anyone at the shared bathroom. The TV has a great choice of channels. I love the feel of it - just like grandma's
house. I first went to this motel when the children were at boarding school. They loved it too and everyone was so friendly. Parking and a buffet breakfast is also good and a wine in one of the lounges downstairs is a great end to shopping in Queen street. You can tell I'm from the bush. -
