The setting was close to city and easy to walk to central station. The room was in and old style house and was great. The room was spotless and renovated recently. I love the feel of it - just like grandma's
house. I first went to this motel when the children were at boarding school. They loved it too and everyone was so friendly. Parking and a buffet breakfast is also good and a wine in one of the lounges downstairs is a great end to shopping in Queen street. You can tell I'm from the bush. -

size but not large. The lift was not working when we arrived, but the
staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were

The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location and the underground parking was really convenient, as I was lucky to get a spot before they filled up. -

The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up. When we arrived, we were told this request was not put in and there's a surcharge of $40 for

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.

The front desk staff were excellent - really friendly and happy to go out of their way to help guests. I had made a mistake with my booking and one of the duty managers allowed me to make a change to the booking that technically she did not have to. I wasmost appreciative and will certainly return. Comfortable room, well serviced, enjoyed stay. Staff efficient and friendly. Ambience really good. The dining room looks out onto a park, very good, very good location for a pleasant, quiet stay in Sydney. Will stay again.

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
