We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   We absolutely had a ball at the Grande Florida, the three bedroom apartment in which we stayed was excellently equipped with everything we'd ever need plus more - we weren't expecting irons, ironing boards, vacuums etc. The bedroom set ups were great, especially having 2 bathrooms to share among 5 people. We met lovely families, walked to the beach, just out the gate. We just loved it and cant wait to go back next year. I asked the kids what was their favourite part of holiday? Dreamworld? No the pool at Grande Florida.

We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.   I personally can't say enough about this place. The lovely ladies at reception are so friendly and service with a smile. I was with my teenager daughter - I felt safe here. Everything we needed was close by. The staff are friendly. Woolworths is across the road. Loved it !!!!   better than i expected, and so close .... nice and roomy with everything you need. well priced. i really enjoyed my say though . I will stay there again :) - The staff could not have been more helpful. Any request was actioned immediately in a very friendly manner. I was impressed with the attitude of staff.
