I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special.
This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more.

Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3
separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff
were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a
bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the
rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely
recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.

the pool area is excellent, both outdoor and indoor and the gym is fantastic....much better than expected. location is perfect. you have a little convience store out front. pacific fair accross the road with every major retailer and broadbeach 300 metres up the road with a mulitude of dinning options from macdonalds to 5 star french resturants. th

The staff were great and very helpful and Kylie was especially wonderful and was the most charming of any of the front of house staff in the 4 various hotels we stayed in! The apartments (we stayed on two separate occasions in a matter of weeks) were spacious and modern with great in-house facilities and balconies with great views. The pools were awesome and kept exceptionally clean. Although the complex was often fully booked it never seemed overly populated due to it's size. We plan to retur

Keys easily available on arrival even though reception was closed. Security car parking. Walking distance to beach and range of shops/restaurants. The accomadation was terrific. There was 10 of us in 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments. The heated pool was terrific. We used 2 x day. Outside pool great. Gym great . Location great . Easier for all of us to hire 12 seated van . East access to the worlds . 1 week not enough time . 2 at least to enjoy Gold Coast . See you again we will be back and to stay at contessa apartments. Loved it.

A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!). Lots of cafes and shops nearby and a great cycleway along the beach front. Highly recommended! -

Excellent staff, even the groundskeepers and maintenance/cleaner guy was the best person to have a chat with. Very friendly people :)

The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. -

Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The booklet needs to be rewritten as the info on the TV

The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.

After reading reviews about this hotel that it is not very clean and the
staff are rude, I was a little skeptic in booking it. However I was
pleasantly surprised. When we got there, we found our allocated
apartment was not serviced and I thought my fears had come true. I went

1) Location within CBD - close to food and shopping.
2) Coles at the ground floor. Very convenient.
3) Swimming pool, gym and spa. Very well up kept (especially the gym equipment).
4) Views from the room was beautiful.
5) Plenty of hot water. :)
6) My wife thought that she left her diamond ring in the apartment and the staff were very kind to have a look for us.
7) Availability of car parking.
8) Modern TV in the apartment. It has HDMI interface.

This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom
apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday
(5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it
would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work,

The staff were outstanding, so happy and helpful. We lived the 1 bedroom
apartment as it was spacious and very comfortable. The Changmai Thai
restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent
destination and we only live 5 minutes away
