We got married here on the 22/11/2013. The venue was amazing. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

Loved the coffee shop and the bed... I have arthritis everywhere and

the gc and this was great. Resturants, coffee shop right at your

Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble. It was wonderful to see smiling staff who made you feel welcome from beginning to end. Well done Qt, you have won me, I will be back over and over.,

Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again

I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when
booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one
bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband
wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-
in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I
looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very
good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

The delux room with Kingsize bed was like a dream to me and my friend. A lot of space, beautiful and the bed! The best one I have ever slept in :) The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would love to go back!

Coolangatta hasn't got the buzz of Surfers Paradise, but it's a
much more attractive place with wonderful walks in all directions. Ocean
Plaza is wonderfully located close to three wonderful patrolled beaches.
It was nice to be able to exit the complex straight into the Showcase
shops, which next year will feature a Woolworths supermarket right at
this doorstep.

I liked the prompt service to rectify a hiccup we had on our first night. I had a king room with an ocean view and I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was spotless, cleaned every day and the towels were changed as needed. The staff were so very helpful, I called the day before to see if I could check in early as we had a wedding to attend and didn't want to be rushed to get ready, they said it shouldn't be a problem and sure enough when wee arrived there was a room ready for us a few hours earlier then the checkin time. We also able to extend the checkout time to 11 am which made getting out after a party night that much less stressful.

This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom
apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday
(5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it
would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work,
curtains dirty etc.), they were not material to our comfort or quality

The staff were outstanding, so happy and helpful. We lived the 1 bedroom
apartment as it was spacious and very comfortable. The Changmai Thai
restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent
