The service was second to none! What a fantstic team of staff you have,

We loved our time at the Royal Palm. They sent an SMS to advise our room was ready and we checked in around 10am. This was great as we could then plan our day. The kids loved the pool. It was heated and had a spa and slide. It has direct access to the beach and has a great play park about 200m away. Easy access to the freeway as well and was about 25 mins to the theme parks. All in all we had a great time. Only downside was that we didn't have long enough. Could easily have stayed anothe

Loved the coffee shop and the bed... I have arthritis everywhere and
sleeping on the bed was a dream. I've stayed at a lot of places on
the gc and this was great. Resturants, coffee shop right at your
fingertips. A great deal is the movie packages. We paid $25 for the
duration of our stay (2 nights) and you get unlimited movies for that

Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble. It was wonderful to see smiling staff who made you feel welcome from beginning to end. Well done Qt, you have won me, I will be back over and over.,

I liked the prompt service to rectify a hiccup we had on our first night. The communication from Tim after we left has been great and we appreciate we were not charged for our first night accommodation. The overall ambience was very good, the location was central to a lot shopping, eating establishment

We got a refurbished apartment and it was lovely. The view was awesome.
Our apartment was north facing and we could see the sun rise and the
sunset. There were 2 swimming pools, a spa pool and a tennis court.
Great location close to the beach but not close to the noisy centre of
Surfers Paradise. -

We enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of surfers paradise whilst at the same time being within walking distance. -

The pool and spa were great, the two bedroom apartment was really cosy and well-equipped. Request for maintenance (replacing fused bathroom light bulb) was responded to very speedily. The secure underground carpark was another plus. -

Location - close to the beach and many restaurants and convenience store nearby. Just a short walk to the shopping arcade. -

We loved the view and balcony from the two bedrooms and lounge looking out over the beach and ocean. The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway. The beach just across the road was fabulous for morning walk

Really modern and beautifully furnished. Central airconditioning was nice. Stunning uninterrupted views. Large wrap around balcony that the lounge and bedrooms open onto. Really lovely apartment generally. Good facilities and lovely indoor pool. Right across road from beach and trendy cafe downstairs. Will stay there again. Miss it already!

I liked its quiet location, the value for money and secure parking. I also liked that the owner made a special effort to contact us to sort out keys when he would be away from the resort. -
Location was really good, easy access to motorway for the theme parks and in a quiet street. Good value resort.
