The wonderful sea view. I specifically requested a full on sea view and that is exactly what I got. It was superb. Also we could watch the children playing at the local school and of course at the playground across the road, both were lovely. I feel I have been spoilt now and there is nowhere else I would want to stay in Broadbeach - it's Carmel By The Sea or nowhere for me!! The spaciousness of the apartment was just wonderful. Security was great. Everything was just lovely and very spec.

The pool and grounds were well maintained Resort was in close proximity to transport to Skilled Park and dining outlets were within walking distance Really friendly and helpful staff and management who assisted with any enquiry. When I phoned on three occasions I spoke to a friendly staff member who was always helpful and when we stayed for 5 nights she again was working and always smiled and spoke to us and was helpful. Our 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful and clean and airy with great views.We stayed from 8th April till 13th April 2013. The apartment was spectacular on the 20th floor, beautiful open plan kitchen, living and dining area with panoramic floor to ceiling windows looking over the ocean. quality appliances and furniture made eating and staying in very enjoyable. Unit was very spacious pool was great for kids close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Will certainly recommend to others and stay there again. The great beach views, the size of the apartments, the pools, the BBQ,s.....everything!!!! I loved it and so did my kids. Very spacious apartment with fantastic views and close to amenities. Very comfortable and staff obliging. the very spacious and clean units. great size rooms. position mainly. Location. Very very hard bed - like sleeping on rocks! Good thing I was so tired from a fun day I still slept relatively well. Even though the apartment is self contained, we still expected simple items such as toilet paper, kitchen bin bags and basic cleaning products to be supplied, since on check out you are required to leave the room clean, with dishes cleaned and put away, with any extra cleaning charged at $50 p/h. For this reason we feel the pricing was disproportionate. Nothing. Nothing we didnt like. I wasn't advised that reception would be closed after 5pm. There were 2 cigarette butts on our balcony and the laundry smelled of cigarettes. dated decor. probably the car space. Maintenance on unit 73 needed to be addressed. I was very shocked by the state of the apartment.. It could definitely do with some renovations!!! Very old & dated..not the cleanest I've ever stayed in.. I also did not receive the bed configuration ordered..but couldn't get reception to answer due to a public holiday!!??!!.
