Will stay again. 2 bed apartment was affordable, well laid out, clean and fully equipped. Walking distance to everything. Wrap round balconies meant that the view included beach, citiscape, canal and mountains!. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful Location amazing so close to beach supermarket transport view great nice through breeze.loved the verandah .nice feeling in both units.
όλα τα σχόλια » I arrived about 1pm and was expecting to have to wonder around and wait for an hour but I was told my room was ready and I was allowed to check in right away!!! Fantastic service!. A great facility with complete room necessities. Very accommodating friendly staff, a very good bed, large bath and had great ocean view. Location; close to beach and amenities Secure parking Friendly staff. close proximity to beach and shops and cafes. Great Bed Good distance from Beach. Location to shops & restaurants. Apt is clean. the location to the beach and shopping facilities was wonderful thats what I went for to be on the beach the apartment was comfortable and clean and a delight to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. I liked the location, it was close to most areas of interest - shops, eating places, beach, transportation etc....Great location. location. Pool. Sauna. Garden. Tennis court. Parking. Good selection of kitchen bowls/pans etc. Lots of seating. Right on the beach at Broadbeach with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Proximity to event (Broadbeach Blues Festival). Location is best thing about this hotel. Position was good. Good position. The locality. Location. The location. Not much. nothing to speak of. Bed not really comfortable shower over bath narrow margin for water spill.bathroom old.no free internet :( no dvd . The shower was not clean. Don't know, will stay there again next month. n/a. Towels only changed every 8 days No beach Towel offered !!. Poor curtains did not block out light & early sun rise. All good. no dishwasher, some more care needs to be taken with the cleaning. some things falling apart and neeeeed fixing. The apt is near to pubs and noisy till late night. Shld have sound proof in bedrm. Noise from drunk people on the street at night. I thought the reception and entrance could have been cleaner there was a coffee cup sitting on the steps for a whole day and the lifts in particular when you step in didn't feel clean had rubbish or some kind of litter each time on floor. I thought the front lobby area could have been done up more nicely/ presentable to the eye. No DVD player. Lounge old and a bit dirty. Stove element didn't work. Stove and Fridge a bit old and rusty. Street noise at night was horrendous. Too many instructions on what not to do posted everywhere. Would be better if they were in a single coffee table manual. Overall the unit was a bit outdated/grotty/dirty. I stayed in this hotel in October last year and was so happy I returned with my husband but was very disappointed with the room. It was very basically decorated and the shower had not been cleaned properly and when we removed the bin lined it was clearly obvious the bin had not been cleaned for months by the mouldy base of the bin. We will not stay at this hotel again. 1roll of toilet paper provided. 3 towels only provided. Glasses cutlery not washed properly from last client. 1 Lift being refurbished & 1 not working all the time had to climb 16 flights of stairs and go down same . Aircon positioned badly ineffective for bedroom and drafty when sitting in lounge. Very dated. Wouldn't stay there again. Old tired unit. Flexibility for late check-out by an hour or two & cleanliness…. there was a stink of some sort near the entrance that was disgusting... No mention of the fact there was no ensuite-2 bedroom unit with one bathroom & one toilet-you're kidding!!.
