The set up is not like a commercial operation, it is like staying with friends. The hosts were very very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and local highlights. -

The unit was the cleanest I've ever stayed in, quiet; you couldn't hear the people next door and it offered free austar, wi-fi and a starter pack of tea, coffee, washing liquid etc. the staff were so accommodating & helpful, I couldn't fault a thing. We arrived out of hours but that was not a problem. Alan (Manager) organised easy access and ensured room was fully prepared and accessible along with undercover parking. Will stay again next time in Coffs Harbour.

I chose the hotel because of the fairly good price and the positive comments about the staff. And really, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful! Can definitely recommend the place. -

Friendly customer service. It was a surreal environment. Nice size rooms. It had everything you needed i.e Washing machine, dryer, cooking facilities/utensils etc. Self contained. Close to shops etc..

Most suitable accommodation within budget. With Ample living room and bedrooms and beds, and full kitchen functions including oven, the trip to Coffs harbour was most enjoyable.
Bed sheets were also clean with good bedroom amenities including 2nd TV with Foxtel in 1st bedroom and ensuits in all bedrooms.

The friendliness when we arrived after a 5 hour drive. The spacious of our apartment which was upgrade from a deluxe one bedroom to a two bedroom. Plus, as we were staying with another couple our balconies were just across from each other so communication was easy. Good old fashion service with a smile.

Location is great. Walk past the restaurant to a terrific beach, good for kids at the south end, surf fishing at the north. Ambience amongst nature is sensational and the layout beautiful.

Very helpful staff. The location with access to the beach was a great surprise and we loved sitting in the garden bar with beach views. The whole set up with rainforesty walks to get around made for a really great atmosphere/ambiance. The meal we had on site was excellent. Would definitely go back.

the service provided here is exemplary nothing is was to much trouble for the staff ,the apartment was clean ,comfortable (for 5 adults )and well fitted ,the pool was excellent as were the spa's and sauna,access and parking made very easy and accommodating ,if in the area would not hesitate to stay here again, -

The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I

I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on
my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and
closness to the beach if required.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly & nothing was
too much trouble. The on site restaurant has a good menu, food is
delicious & again the staff there were great. We were there after
some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty. We
had to adjust booking dates due to local flooding & the staff

We were only passing through en route to the Gold Coast but we were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation and would definitely consider booking an extended stay at the resort for a future long weekend or family holiday at Coffs Harbour.

The service was fantastic. Very helpful and pleasant. The pool looked very inviting and clean but too cold for us. Location was great for us. Close to sporting complex, shopping centre and cafes for breakfast. We were extremely happy for the price we payed and probably wouldnt of been interested if was anymore then what was charged.. -

Stayed here for only one night, but it just wasn't long enough. The room was large, very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Alisha and Peter the managers were great and very accommodating, we were booked in else where the next night for a wedding. We could not get into our room at the other place before 2pm and the wedding was at 2.30pm, so Ali
