  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » bargain, plus "JP" picked me up in the shuttle bus upon my return to take me back to the motel. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would

  We were smack bang in the middle of the city so location was excellent. Easy walking distance to most things we were interested in visiting. I found the staff friendly and polite. My daughter visited us on this trip and we arrived back quite late one night to the Hotel and the staff were extremely accomodating in allowing her to stay the night wit... τι λέει ο κόσμος » h us, which didnt end up happening in the end. Based on this alone I would defintely stay here again. Value for money a definite. Alice's was lovely w - This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot
