  Close to everything. The best pool ever with sandy lagoon and sitting tables around. Very refreshing after the long hot day... Breakfast was good, in addition to traditional choices (cold and hot) included some unconventional dishes tailored to Asian tourists. Staff was helpful and efficient. Having tour desk that was open until late was very help... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ful as we arrived in the evening, but were able to book the next day trip to the reef on site. - the absoulute magnificent desk staff being kaylene and george they both should be commended with their focus and attention given too myself and wife novotel should double their wages as they are worth every cent -we have traavelled extensively for 10 years and they are the cream of staff come in contact with worldwide

  The place as a whole was awesome our room was more then what we expected . The location was perfect for us . Check in and out was easy the manager was lovely. We will go back again and also recommend it to family and friends coming to visit us as we only live at yorkeys knob about ten min away. Thankyou .:-) - the pool and grounds were perfect fo... τι λέει ο κόσμος » r 2 small children, the loved the winding pathways and the sand at the pool. we enjoyed the sauna and lap pool, such a great setup. also plenty of room for 6 of us in the 3 bed apartment.very comfortable.
