Friendly professional staff that's very efficient and made us feel
welcome. Staff attentive, well informed and helpful. Someone always open
front door. We spent a few days in Uruguay and left our luggage at
hotel. In summary a great staff that goes out of their way to make you

This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental.
The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment). It included a full kitchen, nice bathroom with a tub (a first in our travels to South America), couch, dining room area, comfortable bed, great lighting, and a balcony with a partial view of the cemetery, an

Great location on Recoleta Plaza with a view of the famous cemetery.
Greenery and cafes just across the street. Very helpful English speaking
desk staff in this small "apartment " hotel. Every room seems
to be identical with a kitchen and sitting area that would make it
convenient for families or people staying longer.

My reservation at letsbookhotel.com was never received by the hotel. If I
hadn't been in town earlier and stopped by to double-check, I would
not have had a room. I do not intend to use letsbookhotel.com again. -

Staff were excellent.
Lovely rooftop terrace.
good location in Recolletta, close enough to bus stations and domestic airport. Clean apt and conmunal areas. Supermarket just around corner. Price was a bit higher than other places, but represented reasonable value. We were asked what we would like for breakfast and it was brought to our apt. -

There were also several small, excellant take out food establsiments steps away from the apartments. It was a perfect stay and would revisit.

Value for $$! Location, location, location. Looks out over Recolleta cemetery. Being upgraded to executive suite, which is an enormous, if somewhat odd, room - without asking.
Wonderful balcony/bar looking out on city and beautiful pool up there too. Very efficient desk staff. -
