Really nice hotel! It just opened, so there are some small quirks here and there that still not sorting out, but it is more than compensated for by the very friendly staff! We only came here for one night having spent 2 at the Panoramic Hotel, which, despite having an additional star, was a disappointment. This hotel can only be recommended - the food in the restaurant (lobby, lunch) and the breakfast is also recommendable.
όλα τα σχόλια » Staff were super super friendly, it was my birthday and they gave me a cake and free champagne! Its a new hotel so everything is new and working. The rooms were great and clean. The pool area was amazing, great way to relax. Great internet connection. The hotel has preferred taxi's that are really honest, fair and cheap, just ask at reception. Look for Carlos! Close to falls and town for dinner. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Our Spanish was limited but almost all of the staff spoke excellent English. The townspeople were also very friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant was unbelievably good - gourmet even. There's also an excellent roof top pool and bar that was a great place to relax after touring the Iguzu falls. Great hotel! Fernando was so helpful, great advice and helped us plan our whole trip! Thank you so much for all your help!! The hotel was perfect, great pool deck, good location walking distance from the center of the city and has a bus stop right outside to go directly to the falls on the Argentina side. I highly recommend this hotel!. Staff was great. Always trying to accommodate us. For instance we needed a later checkout. No problem, they said. They always opened the door for us. They treat the customer as important.......well done! Gave us an upgraded room because it was available and they did it at no additional cost! Breakfast and layout was great. Exterior is ordinary, but clean, comfortable hotel. Staffs were all friendly, they accommodated all my needs. We appreciate free upgrade of the room, which was very big and comfortable. Food from snack bar was fantastic, my husband said the hamberger he had was the best he had during 1 month stay of Argentina. Everything was perfect, we had a great stay. The food, the room,the pool, the location, all great! The bus terminal to the falls is just outside the hotel, very easy and there are 3super markets very nearby. The 'micro city centre' is a 15min walk, so it is not that far, but also not really worth visiting. Excellent hotel. We visited Puerto Iguazu to see the waterfalls and found this hotel to be ideal. Right near the bus stop to the falls and a touch of luxury. The restaurant was very good too. Highly recommended. Rooftop pool and bar the perfect spot to relax in the evening. Close to the casino which is about half a kilometer away. Same goes for the city which is about 1-2km away, so definitly good if you have a car and want some quiet time. The hotel seems to be very new. The shower was great. Nice balcony in our room. Bed was comfortable. - New hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff. - Good location, short walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and casino. - Hotel breakfast buffet that's included was excellent with lots of choices. Very clean, great room with massive outdoor patio (531), staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff is very friendly specially in the reception. The rooms are large and clean. Excellent staff. close to falls. Friendly Staff. The staff were great. There was a problem without booking, but they sorted it out and gave us a room wh a balcony for no extra cost. Brekky was pretty good. The pool area was nice. It was easy to get to the falls. The location could be better, as a taxi is advised when you go out at night - but if you are only in Iguazu to catch the falls for a couple of days, this nuisance is neglible. Location a little too far to walk into town, but not too bad. We had no complaints. Our stay at the Grand Crucero was wonderful. The rooms was a little to "modern" for our taste. Things such as a small rug to the side of the bed would have been nice. The shower spilled out onto the bathroom floor making it hard to keep the floor and one's feet dry once out of the shower. Location was a bit far from the town, you have to take a bus or taxi to town. But hotel has good good and cocktails, so we didn't really care about going out after a long day in Iguazu Falls. Nothing, but I just wanted to comment that we ate one night in frawen's in the shopping across the street and it was not good and overpriced. * Cut myself on sharp edge in bathroom * Didn't stay longer. :). Having to leave!!. Front desk did not find my reservation in the system but fixed that quickly. The argentine plugs are different from nearby brazil & Paraguay and needed adaptor to charge electronics. Checkout is at 11:00, which is early if you're coming from nearby Paraguay which is one hour behind, ie checkout at 10:00. We missed breakfast which is 10:00, Paraguay time 9:00, a little too early for Sunday after casino. Air condition did not cool room as much as I would have liked. - Only one elevator worked - The water in the rooftop pool was dirty and not fit for swimming. Building is already showing wear and tear. Bathrooms are pootly lit. Service at restaurant was poor. Nothing. the place is a bit out of town and you would need a taxi to get to town. since I only stayed 2 nights it was not really an issue for me. Some facilities could work better but wanna not to mention them. Air conditioning was hard to control, either too hot or too cold. The dinner in the hotel's restaurant wasn't that good. And the menu had very limited choices. The first morning we had a superb breakfast. The second day it tasted like they had put all food from the day before on the table. This was the only disappointment during our stay. Although slightly closer to Iguazu Falls Park, a return cab fare to enjoy nightlife in downtown Puerto Iguazu is about 60 peso ($12). View of the roof (but the room was quiet) No chair or table in the room Shower overflowing Safe box difficult to use. Not all equipment is working, sauna does not heat. Pool dirty, not useable during our stay. Included buffet breakfast nothing to write home about. Hotel has some facilitily issues to work out, toilet and lifts were a bit of an issue. Location-too far from town. The hotel itself was a bit soul-less, and I think it's going to date quickly. The internet was a bit annoying, because you have to log in each time you computer goes to sleep. And the Internet didn't reach to the pool area. Pool is not clean. Fitness equipment are not working. Although we asked for early take-away breakfast (just some fruits and bread) and although they confirmed it is ok, we had to wait for 30 minutes to get it done in the morning. Staff does not care about you. Staff is really not good there, they do not even smile.
