The staff were great! The room was immaculate and was well presented. I was in South America for five weeks and was by the best value for money accommodation! The staff spoke english which helped! Woild recommend to the fusiest of travellers! Im middle age and like clean facilities ina safe llocation!. This is a relatively new small hotel everything spotless clean nice apart hotel rooms so you can self cater but good breakfast included staff really helpful and friendly nice grounds and pool bus to falls just a block away They only take cash but no problem ATM close by.

Rooms are big and well equiped. everything. We received a very friendly and professional welcome. The room was spacious and had the promised self catering equipment. The safe was in the room and included in the cost. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown area which is full of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a well-stocked and reasonably priced supermarket across the street. The port for the ferry to Paraguay is also a 10-15 minute walk. The room was comfortable. Location. The owners are having a new block built which is great the works did inhibit us making full use of the facilities however it should be finished by now and will be a great improvement. Construction work on new units till 6pm made it uncomfortable to use pool which after a day at the falls would have been wonderful. The pool was also full of concrete dust. Fixtures in units are starting to break. WiFi was spotty "due to storm" but worked elsewhere in town. Apartment was the size of a decent hotel room, but when divided into two rooms with the bath in the middle, it was tiny feeling. For a solo traveler, one large room would be better. Way too small for 4 people. The pool was empty due to maintenance, a swim would have topped it off perfectly. Current construction works at the hotel's second building - but no big deal when you're on excursion all day. Very modern, lacked a bit of charater, still building and exstension but well shielded. Small rooms. The internet wasn't always working.The hotel is currently building a new accommodation block and the noise made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy the pool and the sounds of birds. The hotel WIFI and Internet access is sporadic at best - we could not go online for the duration of our stay. The hotel breakfast is not up to international standards for the high prices that they charge. Does not take credit card!! Staff don't speak particularly good english, nor were very helpful. Location is not great, at least 15 minutes to the heart of town and accessibility to falls, walk didnt feel particularly safe at night. Cockroach in room, pool is dirty, have to leave the hotel and find another hotel in the area.
