The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

Location was convenient - we could walk to lots of attractions and restaurants were nearby.
The rooms aren't big but it was great to have tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. -

The hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to all the major attractions in BA. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though, out of convenience, we were travelling with backpacks, were were not at all treated like 'backpackers' (as we were at another 4-star hotel we stayed at during our trip).
