Very personal and comfortable hotel, where quality on all fronts was perfect! In contrast to another comment on this website, everything (incl. sauna) was working, the food was excellent, the breakfast was perfect, staff was helpfull, service minded, experienced and professional yet superfriendly. The hotel was fabulous. Loved the interior decorating, the designer and architect really took some time to think about the esthetics as it gave it a sleek modern look. The staff were always very helpful and nice when answering questions.
Everything was clean and the hydro massage bathtub was amazing,
specially after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious as well
and they have variaty of choices to eat. The also offer an excellent
lunch for a fair price (cheaper then restaurants in general).

I thought the room was great vaue for money, although the letsbookhotel.com pictures and description make it sound as though it has a zacuzzi in the room, when in fact it's not even in the same building. They did leave some welome choclates on the bed though, which was nice. The staff also were helpful showing us a city

Recommend the city bus tour with BA bus 3hr trip but take jacket if you want to sit upstairs

the staff was great!, there were some problems with our rooms and the elevator was being "maintained" during our stay, which meant we had to walk up 2 or 3 floors.
