The hotel is fantastic, its location is great, the staff were more than helpful and friendly. They went to a lot of effort to get me a taxi to the airport and negociated a good price for me with the taxi driver. My friend and I extended our stay at this hotel because it was where our tour started and ended. The staff was outstanding and Ariel at the front desk took care of our every need and question with knowledge and creativity. The room was actually a mini-suite, clean, comfortable, and with a nice view. At the adress there was no room available. However, I have been given one about 700 mtrs away in one of the best neighborhoods (Recoleta). The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.
