Our studio apartment was huge. You would kill for a place like that in Manhattan. Big modern bathroom, complete with a bidet. A kitchen, with all the utensils and plates. I like feeling as if I'm a part of a family rather than a room number. They all took time to get to know me and it was greatly appreciated. - Very charming with a family atmosphere. Very pleasant rooms including a patio area. We enjoyed our stay with Livian.

The staff were great and we loved the b&b. we had the top floor to ourselves which meant we didn't have to share the bathroom with anyone which was a relief. The breakfast was basic but nice and the terrace was lovely. -

Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases.. Staff are very friendly... Hotel is clean and private... facilities are limited but its got a very homelike feeling... Grocery shop right next door...

lovely room, it was, just like its name, simple and charming, wish i'd had longer than just a quick nights stay to enjoy it more. rooms very prettily decorated, even had my own little patio outside my room with vines and geraniums, a guest house with a difference, and the landlady was waiting for me as agreed for my late arrival, very accommodating and attentive.
