The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful; they also let us check in very early after our international flight, which was very nice and unexpected. -
+ Hotel organized a Taxi from and to the airport, which was put on the bill (very convenient and a good taxi price)

I loved the staff so much. They went above and beyond what staff do,
even at upscale boutique hotels. They were personable and attentive, and
just plain nice people. The owner was on hand and cared about your

Staff were outstanding - very friendly and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable. Excellent location, just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, cafes and clubs of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Comfortable rooms and bedding, plus a nice little balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

Everything. Very nice staff, excellent location for Palermo Viejo/Soho area. We used buses/subway, so also fairly convenient to get around the city on 140 bus and D subte at Plaza Italia.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and nicely decorated rooms. We arrived really early and they gave us to have breakfast without charge since our room wasn't yet ready. Great location - right in the heart of trendy Palermo Soho. Delicious Pisco Sours at the bar!

It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. We stayed for 7 nights in total & our first trip to Argentina was highlighted by this accommodation. Meals/ Breakfast yum! Thank you BA Sohotel.

Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!

We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do
