Accommodation was more than adequate. We were sharing with daughter and son-in-law and we were pleased with the space and equipment (except kitchen equipment - see below). The staff can not speak English, but he is willing to be helpful, a nice person. The hotel have a very good facilities, including a small chicken.

Very much liked the hospitality of Analia and Adrian who were supporting us in organizing and recommending trips around El Calafate. Very friendly and lovely people!
The breakfast was really good and served individually and was rich on coffee, juice, bread, ...
We enjoyed our stay of nearly one week there, also with a stop of 3 nights in an other

The Alto Verde Hosteria was a great small hotel, located about a 10 minute walk from the center of town. The staff there were wonderful and extremely helpful, even packing our breakfast to go each morning because we were going on early tours. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place. It is really a “boutique” hosteria, similar to an upscale American (not British) B&B. Lovely styling, view, breakfast. Very comfortable. Staff speaks very
little English but helped me with many things with my broken Spanish (
did a great job with laundry and reasonably priced, taxi in the morning,
booking me for another day, holding my suitcase while I travelled

Location is perfect, close to main street, bus station, restaurants etc. Reception team is attentive and professional. Especially Viktoria and her perfect English, and Rousanna. They explain with a nice smile everything we need during your stay. And you feel comfortable. -

what a beautiful house!
I stayed there for 2 days with my wife. The owner was very kind and gave us useful information to do activities in the El Calapate. moreover room is perfect, especially large, clean and gorgeous. also the kichen located in my room was very convinence and useful. we cooked our dishes and had a nice time. -

She helped us to organize a day trip to Glacier,mini ice trekking is recommended. Breakfast was okay with selection of bread,cheese,ham,yogurt drink,cereal etc. -
Best hotel we stayed in during our 2 months in Ar. Modern apt style rooms with lots of space to spread out.
Owners were very friendly & helpful. Their daughter was also very Good with English & booked our tours made lunches and got us to the airport with ease.

Located very close to the bus terminal and the town. Staffs (Mother and the son) were very very helpful and flexible with the payment, check in/ check out time and so on. One day we had to leave at 5:30am, breakfast starts at 6am but they left coffee and breakfast for us. Also on the day we left, shuttle service came one hour earlier than schedule

New owners since May 2013. Making it a warm welcoming place. We stayed 4 nights. Superfriendly, English and Spanish speaking. Very helpfull, especially Ramiro who helped us with everything we asked and more, even with our bustickets to ibera! Nice big comfortable rooms, clean with comfy beds, great breakfast. Close to busstation and one block from main street. We warmly recommend this place! One of the best places we stayed at in Argentina!
