Everything! The lady who runs this small business along with the restaurant is extremely nice and helpful. She does not speak much English, yet the communication is not difficult at all. The cabin we stayed in is nice and clean with 2 floors, double bed
upstair and twin beds down stair. Kitchen,fridge,microwave provided. We
stayed for 3 nights. We had a good time trekking even though the second
day was too windy and we couldn't go up to Fitz Roy. We had the last

No need to haul luggage through broken concrete sidewalks in 40 mph winds when this hotel with wonderful staff is just right across the street from the bus station -

Location is very good, very close to the bus station, you don't need the taxi.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, we met Laura and Julia. Our emails were answered very quickly as well.
Breakfast is good, but the choice for vegetarians might be limited. There is a grocery store just around the corner with good choice of vegs and fruits -

Excellent breakfast, and all you can eat with good homemade breads and two toasters. Jam, cheese and ham. Just what you need before a long day's trek. Highly recommend.

Everything was really good. Staff friendly and speak perfect english. They helped with bus arrangements.They were informative about the trekking options in the area.. which brings us to its perfect location near the beginning of the trekking path to mount fitz roy.. also close to many restaurants, local pyb and trekking tools hiring shops.

Very good standard of hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast to fill you up ahead of a day's hiking. The hotel provides lunchboxes for hiking, one is enough for two people. Location is excellent halfway between two main trailheads, within five mins walk of most restaurants.

We took a bus from El Calafate, and the bus dropped us in front of the hostel, 1 block from the hotel which was very convenient. Staffs were friendly, but the room was ordinary. Breakfast was good considering the price and especially when compared to other places we stayed at in Argentina. Rooms have heated floors, the hotel is located pretty much at the trail head for Fitz Roy which was nice

Sauna good, just it has to be heated up way in advance (but they will do it for you).
the pool was warm and clean! what others may see as dirt on the bottom, is actually the paint on the bottom of the pool, which is coming off.But it is not disturbing at all. -

Very nice personal, managed to give us a king sized bed even if we had booked twin beds. The room was nice with a view on Fitz Roy and the common room very cosy for a beer after hiking!
