  The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time.   My husband and I traveled throughout South America and we stayed at Bobo during our visit to Buenos Aires. It was recommended by two of our friends who spoke very highly of them. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire vacation! We also had dinner one night in their restaurant and it was fantastic. Their location in Palermo was pe - Miguel (at the front desk) and Maximo (restaurant manager) were awesome. Both are fluent in english, friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to assist in our site seeing in BA.   The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish .
