Security at teh hotel, Excellent breakfast buffet - this hotel has and excellent location in the mid city close to all sights. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very helpful.

The room and bathroom were both large. The room had french doors opening
to a view over the city and the Scala outdoor patio below. The room had
a table and two chairs. There are many restaurants very close to the
hotel so you don't have to travel far (especially when dinner
isn't until 9 pm or later). The subway is only a block away. The
staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend
this hotel and stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good
restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good
English , I speak little Spanish . The pool was small but refreshing
after a full day of walking in the heat! -

The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

My friend and I extended our stay at this hotel because it was where our tour started and ended. The staff was outstanding and Ariel at the front desk took care of our every need and question with knowledge and creativity. Everything was clean and the hydro massage bathtub was amazing,
specially after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious as well

This is hostel/hotel, but with the hotel room you wouldn't feel like you were in a hostel. Hotel rooms are all en suite and very spacious and clean with aircon and the best hot powerful shower!

I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

Two aspects are exceptional in this hotel: the position in the center of Buenos Aires and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The breakfast was very fine, the only problem was the small space in the first floor, So we had to have breakfast one day in the 2nd floor wich didn't have all the options for breakfast as in the 1st floor.
Jacuzzi was very spaceful -
One young man spoke excellent English and was very helpful.
