We had a really pleasant stay.will definitely be back next time as it is easy access to the airport, 20 min.
The rooms (503/703) we stayed were very spacious, modern and stylish, and although the hotel it's on a busy street, the noise didn't bother us.
We enjoyed Breakfast and it was enough to start a long day.
We loved the neighbourhood!

Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. Stayed here for four nights and liked this French run hotel. there was a mini bar and a safe with large flat screen cable TV. Loved the friendly efficient and knowledgable staff. Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases.. Staff are very friendly... Hotel is clean and private... facilities are limited but its got a very homelike feeling... Grocery shop right next door...

I loved the staff so much. They went above and beyond what staff do,
even at upscale boutique hotels. They were personable and attentive, and

Staff were outstanding - very friendly and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable. Excellent location, just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, cafes and clubs of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Comfortable rooms and bedding, plus a nice little balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended!
