  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station.   The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel. All of them were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was lovely. Someone was at reception 24 hours a day and could see anyone who came in, which helped me feel safe. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. We stayed for 7 nights in total & our first trip to Argentina was highlighted by this accommodation. Meals/ Breakfast yum!
