  I spent one week in February at the Tropical Breeze Resort and found it very accommodating. I booked a standard room and it was located on the side of the office, a short block away from the beach. I was within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The individual cottages are really cute. - - location is perfect, few steps from the beach and few steps from restaurants and bars - apartment is large and nice - swimming pool was just a few steps from the dhe door of one of our bedroom, which was very nice - we had a reservation for two-bedroom apartment, but it was not available, so they gave us an apartment with three bedroom in the same price, which was very nice

  Firstly' the staff are totally receptive to ones' needs and go way beyond what is "normal". The grounds and rental units are clean, accessible to all and we were made to feel AT HOME at all times. The rental units have kitchens with everything anyone would want. The pool was heated and well kept. Rebecca was the best cleaning maid who was exceptionally keeping up with our 2-room rental..We can't wait to get back th - We were in unit 31 and the king bed was superb - thought a well known hotel chain had the best beds - but this one equalled theirs !! The resort and surrounding area is a little taste of 'old Florida" - but the 'big boys' are moving in !!

  The Capri is, by far, one of my favorite places that we have ever stayed while traveling! We are a family of 4 with 2 small children, ages 6 and 3, and we found the Capri to be perfect for our needs. The King Villa was beautifully decorated with quality materials and soft linens. The vendor renting chairs on the beach should be more considerate and not dominate the entire beachfront. I would stay there again in a heart beat! - Everything about this place was excellent. From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was much nicer than we expected. The bathroom was very well appointed with a beautifully tiled shower and granite countertops. The whole place was exceptionally clean. A short walk down a quiet and nicely landscaped private road took us to a beautiful beach. Everything about this place is excellent, especially the location.

  The apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and in my 2 room apartment both beds were king size. It also had everything you need in the kitchen. You get a key to a private beach shared with just a few hotels so it's not a crowded area like the public beach. There is a city ord - The staff was very nice! We had a nice 2 bdrm - but the living / dining room area were small. After chatting with the people next door and seeing their room layout - we asked to change rooms after they left. The staff was great in allowing the change. There were some minor things in the room - like a toaster and ice maker that wasn't working. But--- all in all it was great and the staff are ready to make things right if you let them know.   After driving for 13 hours we were tired, but after checking in with Rufus, who was so pleasant and friendly, we put our luggage in our room and explored Siesta Keys. We are beach people and have been to many beaches, but we have fallen in love with Siesta Key. We are already planning on coming back. Hibiscus Suites was great.
