  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. The bed was excellent. - Staff, location in downtown ... was die leute sagen » made everything walkable, and the beautiful surroundings that made it feel special and comfortable. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.
