  I stay at this hotel often because its a good place to stay. This time there was a snow storm during the night and I did not have a snow brush. The young lady at the desk said it was no problem and supplied me with brush and scraper. Great service ! - We checked in late (15min before a shift change at 11:00pm) and the staff member stayed past her... was die leute sagen » shift to check us in and give us directions to an open eaterie. Very comfortable rooms - and who ever heard of a Super 8 with an indoor pool...

  we enjoyed most everything from fishing ,spa,pool,bar with live entertainment ect..and the staff was excellent like they would jump through hoop to make you happy or to accommodate your needs top notch.we will be going back.we could stay any where being members of encore properties and resort this place is the best. - The Inn in Pocono Manor is ... was die leute sagen » certainly a hotel I want to re-visit and stay in- friendly team, very nice room, fantastic view and atmosphere and great opportunities for in- nature activities. I was there for business nearby, but realy like to get back for some vacation! - The place had a lot character being an older building. We stayed in the unrenovated part of the hotel but it was still nice. Nothing to necessarily write home about but nice. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Overall a pleasant stay.
