Liegt super zentral.Haben ein upgrade und somit für NY ein großes Zimmer bekommen. Sehr ruhig, da Fenster zum Innenhof. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut. When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again -

The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

Very clean hotel with friendly stuff. But personal almost invisible maybe cause we left a room for walking in NYC for all day. Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but
comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and
alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were
provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of
trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about
museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and had every amenity I needed, including in-room Wi-Fi. Good variety at the continental breakfast. Very close to the airport, but not in a noisy area. Staff very helpful and prompt. Free shuttles to and from LGA airport also a plus!
