  Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Everything is beautifully organized: free shuttle services to/from the airport and mall of america; buffet breakfast in the morning with tons of choices. The rooms are nice and big and quiet. Seriously if you're flying in to Minneapolis for shopping, just - Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.

  Staff were great. Shuttle service was awesome as we came in two vehicles and were able to shuttle all 9 of us to the mall. - Great personnel behind the desk! Good recommendations for dining out. Very comfortable bed with wonderful pillows!
