  The concierge, Larry went above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my girlfriend's birthday. He selected flowers for me & had them waiting in the room when we arrived, he suggested a nearby steakhouse for dinner & arranged reservations, when we came back to the hotel later that night champagne & sweets along with a ... was die leute sagen » birthday card were in the room. The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice. Breakfast choices were numerous and were all very good. We will stay there again when in Rochester!
