  We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there were frequent shuttles for the airport and the mall! Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage.   Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. This coupon was additional to the price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel offered shuttle transportation to the mall. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average.
