Great hotel just off the busy interstate and only half a mile from Downtow Springfield. Everywhere very clean, staff welcoming and helpful. Happy to recommend this hotel. -

The staff was professional and accommodating. The amenities were
perfect. The atmosphere was great. The location was perfect for us. The
bed was comfortable. The corner room was an added plus, with windows on
both sides. And, the desk clerk put us on the quieter side of the hotel,
which was a lovely gesture. We will stay there again. -

They have a shuttle bus to the subway station which was great and the Receptionist and Driver were kind enough to arrange a pick up for us (7 people) at a different time than the one scheduled. This was a great perk as my son (6 year old) was really tired of walking all day long.

Very nice and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was excellent for a complimentary hotel breakfast. The complimentary social dinner Thursday night was very convenient. Grounds was very nice even though renovations were going on. Location was nice with it being near the mall and not far from the city. The room itself was awesome. Pillows on the bed were very comfortable.

We love our stay in this hotel !! We both decided that we would go
again. The lady at the front desk is wicked friendly and she's
always there when we need help. We didn't catch her name. Breakfast
was excellent !!! Love our suite ! This place was amazing !
