  Very nicely maintained bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and a convenient hot tub. The owners were very friendly and easy going. After checking in, we walked just a block to get to Commercial St, which is the main drag in Provincetown. Even though it was the off season, there were lots of shops and ... was die leute sagen » restaurants to check out. Later that night we hung out in the B&B's hot tub, which was very relaxing. The next morning we walked downstairs to fin - I and my husband needed a little getaway and time off from our two kids. After browsing for the best deal we embarked upon Beaconlight Guesthouse. I think it was within average price for most bed and breakfast locations around the area. The location was clean, rooms were clean and i would not complain about the breakfast, although would have preferred hot breakfast but they provide you with yogurt, granola, pastries, coffee, tea, muffins.   Not perfectly located, but Tidewater made up for that in the friendliness of the staff, value, facilities, cleanliness and comfort. And not forgetting the amazing on-site breakfast diner! The guy on reception was very helpful and gave hints and tips on local eateries and things to do.   This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. - The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.

  Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good. The room was cool when I entered and was comfortable throughout the night.   The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely done.   The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the use of the giant hot tub in the pool room and the complimentary coffee. The staff were very personable and friendly. We were in a 2 queen bed apartment, and it was nice, clean and comfortable. We really just spent the entire time on this vacation on the beach and in the pool.   I was gladly surprised. It is not luxury but it is a nice, clean and comfortable place! It is right on the beach!!! It is not so close to the town center, but within a nice distance to bike. There is also a shuttle bus every 1/2 and hour at the door of the hotel that takes you to the town center.   This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting.
