  We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home. The hotel was a little expensive, but worth it for the experie... was die leute sagen » nce. - The staff and the hotel were fantastic. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

  Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

  After a busy day helping my god daughter move; it was a treat to sit and look at the sun set from the comfort of my room with my best friend. In the mornings, we would grab a chai and sit by the water prior to getting busy. The breakfast was consistently good. Archie, our waiter treated us like his only table. He was that great!!! The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious. The view of the inner harbor from out room was beautiful. The hotel was in walking distance to many things.

  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive.   The set-up of hotel. The hotel staff friendly and professional. Always asking how everything is and volunteering information before asked. The rooms and dinning above great with sit down restaurant feel and quality. Staff on hand to help and ask questions @ breakfast. Not left to self like other hotels that give breakfast. But will bo - I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.
