  I liked everything! Great gym. Parking garage for $20 a day enabled parking less than 10 yards from elevator to room. Complimentary (good) breakfast and 24 hr tea and coffee, ski valet brings your skis to slope for you, walk to Gondola No.1, Ski right back to ski valet, awesome outdoor pool and jaccuzzi. Note: This is not the most expensive hotel in Va - The location puts you right at the middle of Vail village. So, you basically have access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops at your doorstep. And you get FREE BREAKFAST! Which is unheard of at most ski resort accomodations.

  Had a nice stay with clean rooms. The location to town and the hill was great. Most everything was in walking distance. - The apartment was gorgeous and huge with room to spare. Very well equipped. Extra beds provided at no cost.

  We loved our Villa! Met my niece and her little boy at the hotel, they live in Wyoming. It was perfect for two families, plenty of space and privacy. It was nice nice to have breKfast in the room rather than rushing out to breakfast. The kids had Ball in the outdoor pool.   The food and service at Atwater was amazing, although my friend and I were seated right next to a table with two small children and lots of trash from them under the table.   Beautiful hotel. History in and around the hotel kept us busy for hours. We never re- entered our vehicle once we got there. The price of the hotel compensated for staying there, and not leaving the destination for night life. We did not do any tours, but still had a great time. We will visit again; however, it must be air conditioned, and plan on doing the organized tours. - We loved the historical setting and views of the Rockies from almost every window, as well as the short walk down to Estes Park for dining and shopping.   We loved the atmosphere of "welcome" at this hotel. From the minute we stepped into the lobby it felt like home! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very nice and the amenities were just what we were looking for. Happy hour with wine, and a breakfast that was more than the norm of yogurt and fruit.
