  Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle.   Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room.   We were a group of 7 people travelling together by van so this is an excellent place as the parking is included in the room cost. The two gals at the front desk at night (sorry not sure of their names) were extremely helpful with subway advice. The hotel served exactly the purpose we were looking for which was a place to sleep at night while we explored the city during the day.
