Excellent staff personalities. Enjoyed meeting locals. Loved the water. Undiluted water really is super charged especially after beach day. There is such an ease and comfort at Healing Waters. Reminds me of some fond childhood feelings. The laundry drying on the clothesline and the sweet garden area. We really loved Healing Waters and the clientele they attract. Miss you Pagosa Springs and wil see you soon.
alle bewertungen » The waters were amazing, potent with minerals, and rejuvenating to our bones and muscles. Staying on site made our stay so enjoyable, and lodging accomodations were clean and adequate. We were also close enough to walk to downtown Pagosa Springs restaurants & shops, as well as along the River Walk. Friendly, sociable staff, relatively quiet except when someone in the inn next door started a Harley. Met a lot of friendly people, many Native American guests, cleaning staff did a good job, walking distance to tourist attractions and several restaurants, locals liked facility. Facility was old, but very nicely kept up. Liked the mineral pool and hot tub. Liked the building and room decor - rustic. Easy walk to town. Nice extra touches in the room and on grounds. The hotel was exactly as advertised, rustic look but clean and neat. Staff was cheery and vary helpful. Gave us some good picks on food. The hot springs are fantastic and relaxing!. Beds very comfortable. Staff nice and friendly. Hot Springs hot tubs in the bath houses were phenomenal. Much better than at some of the more expensive places in town. Great location and comfortable rooms. The owners were extremely friendly and even helped us clean up after our little girl got sick in the lobby. Hot spring water feeding outdoor hot tub and indoor hot pool and steam room. Also cabin accommodation was really good. very good location for price. Well kept grounds. Wicker benches all around. Well maintained, a little dated, but a real value. The local relationship with the spa was very comfortable and engaging. Large hot spring fed pool. location. hot springs. Neat cabins. I booked on line and did not get the cottage I book and had to settle for a room with walls that stop no noise. Very loud very late. Hot mineral water. Shower temperatures wandered in room, bath house and locker rooms. Also had a hanging light over the table that the switch was across the room. Plus, the switches by the bathroom had a switch that did nothing. We thought it was the one for the lamp over the table. A minor thing. Not much. Wish there was a breakfast available. water in shower did not regulate, difficult to take shower. The cabins need a dishrack to dry the dishes. 2nd floor. noisy in hot springs a/c young children splashing and yelling 8/8. Only one "Quiet Area" sign and that was out of view of the pool area (and the kids/parents). Staff should advise all guests to acknowledge being quiet, specially at night. After all, the resort is named "Healing" which implies solitude. Atmosphere around pool is not so relaxing. I did not like the the way the desk Person did not care if we got the room. Resort is in dire need of a full renovation. It appears ownership is taking profits without putting any back into the property.
