The receptionist to start off was warm hospitable, friendly and informative, i felt like could ask about anything related to my holiday and could get an instant answer.   The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help.   When I entered the room, it smelled of smoke.
