  The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked if we could have a few extra coffee pods.   The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. We already talking about return - I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help.
