Please note guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in and photo identification must match the name on reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. The property charges a USD 300 refundable security deposit 60 days prior to arrival or at booking. The deposit is refunded at check-out pending a damage inspection. Instead of a security deposit, guests may arrange a fixed damage protection fee directly with the property. Contact the property for details. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Lakeview Paradise in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Your Dream Vacation LLC will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
