  beim 1. zimmer hate die heizung einen defekt,nach anruf bei der rezeption umgehend techniker vor ort,stellte fehler fest,nach ca. 5 minuten feedback seitens der rezeption->sie sendeten einen pagen mit neuem zimmerschluessel nach oben.Muss dem personal grosses lob aussprechen,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. - Die Lage ist für diesen Preis sensati... was die leute sagen » onell! Die Eingangshalle ist sehr trendy. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich.

  Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. I felt like she was on the ball wa... was die leute sagen » tching for our room to be vacated then cleaned and called us the moment it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we
