Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. Quiet rooms comfortable beds. Close to Broadway and shopping.

I loved the hotel. The hotel is old and shows it's age but was very accommodating for experiencing New York and the area. The room was a bit hot, but all things considered like I said it is a old hotel. I would stay there again and again and again. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems. I would suggest they smile more, no one in the area of NYC smiles and that is sad, so I understand why they don't, but a conscience effort should be made to s

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. One
of the few hotels in the vicinity that offers free wi-fi in the room and
breakfast (with good coffee). I also found the room to be more spacious
than any other nyc hotel room in which I've stayed. Our room was
clean, quiet, and well-appointed. It had a coffee machine with

I loved the location of the hotel and it was perfect for a city break. The room was small but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The hotel had top of the range facilities including a very plush rooftop bar and the room was finished to a very high standard. The breakfast was delicious and the parking facilities were excellent and didn't cost too much. The wifi was really fast and free also. I will definitely be staying there again when I return to New York. It wa

Great location, short walk from Times Square. Breakfast included. Happy
Hour in the evening Mon-Thu from 5.30 to 7 (free alcohol and snacks).
Eco friendly (can choose when to have towels washed and bed changed,
water saving toilet etc). Shower was ok but not the best we have had.
Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in an easy use container, which
was very nice. Hate those fiddly little bottles. Huge fridge/freezer
and kitchenette. Bed was big and pillows were lovely. We read

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot

The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

I was attending a conference at NYU. The hotel is right at the heart of NYU and so was a convenient location for me. The beautiful Washington Square Park is just steps away from the hotel. My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating. After traveling to NYC for years and staying in Midtown - this was so much more fun and the room was the quietest I have ever had and the bed was comfortable. Cant wait to go back to the villag

The staff were brilliant. On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.

Location was good and the hotel was comfortable, with larger than average rooms. The staff were terrific, from the front desk to the concierge to the doormen. Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is a very good hotel in New York City with an excellent location on 48th Street which is prime. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home and very comfortable. I stayed with friends and had a great stay. Cleanliness is excellent. The rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent
visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an
excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great.
Similarly, while I did not personally take advantage of it, I loved the

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Unusual to see hard surface floors in the room, but made me feel better about cleanliness, potential bug issues. We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Loved the bathroom with brilliant shower and wall mounted containers of paraben free bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The tapas were generous and very tasty. Police stat
