  The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on... was die leute sagen » him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

  The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long in a room and only need some rest after sightseeing. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

  Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely croissant/omelett... was die leute sagen » e, ham and cheese sandwich. - Besides the extremely helpful staff, I loved the wallpaper in the halls.   Great little quiet hotel for the inexpensive price. My 3 friends and I from California all stayed here together, we had two rooms with a connecting bathroom and it worked out perfect. Before deciding on the hotel I read some review where people complained about funny smells in the hallway that we did not experience on our flo - We were 3 friends staying at the hotel who had 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom which always had hot water. We each got a bed as there is a pullout bed which was just as comfy as the single bed. There was also a double bed with wardrobes and hangers. The room was spotless and we had our towels changed and beds made every day. As everyone else says, the location was the best part; just a few mins walk from Central Park in a very safe and fairly well-to-do area, so as girls we felt comforta
