  This is a nicely decorated hotel with updated facilities and very comfortable bedding. Well appointed, richly decorated, compact rooms. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The pool and courtyard area is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious with many food options from which to choose. The rooms are semi luxurious with nice bathrooms, comfy big beds and a big tv. The lobby is nice with computers you can use for free. The bar and pool are are great for a relaxing beer. Staff are nice with particular mention of Ty the barman. His knowledge of local restaurants and entertainment was brilliant and such a good lad as well. Happy to help with bookings or info.   I liked that the rooms were spacious and more like a small apartment. I liked the made to order omelets and breakfast buffet and the early evening drinks. Hurricanes are now a favorite.   The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe!   Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions. It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would stay there again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak. Never had an issue waiting on our car or dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely convenient!   I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney- friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration
